The plan
recalculates.
Every day.

Most trackers set your targets once and leave them there. KalorIQ rebuilds your calorie and macro numbers around your body, your training, and your goal — so what you're chasing in week six still makes sense.

No AI guesswork. Every number comes from something you scanned, searched, or logged — you stay in control of your own data.

How it works

Two minutes to set up.
Seconds a meal after that.

No spreadsheet homework, no weighing every leaf. Build the plan once and the app keeps it current.

01

Build your plan

Answer a short set of questions about your body, your training week, and what you're aiming for. KalorIQ does the math and hands you a starting target.
02

Log in seconds

Scan a barcode, scan a nutrition label, or search the database. Save the meals you eat constantly and reuse them in one tap.
03

Get the read

A live ring for today, a plain-English summary each week, and targets that shift as your weight and activity do.
Features

Built for the parts
people actually quit over.

Logging friction, numbers that don't mean anything, and going it alone. Those are the three reasons tracking stops.

Live calorie ring, honest macros

One ring for the day and a clear protein, carbs, and fat split underneath. Check a meal against what's left in your budget before you eat it, not after.

Weekly insights that mean something

Not another chart to interpret yourself. A written read on the week: where you held, where you slipped, and the one thing worth changing next.

IQ tab — weekly insight card

Grocery lists that build themselves

Plan the week, save your own recipes, and let the shopping list assemble from what you actually intend to cook. "What am I making tonight" gets an answer.

Kitchen tab — week planner + grocery list

Friends, streaks, verified days

Follow people, share a day, keep a streak alive. Adherence is verified against what you logged, so progress is real rather than performative.

Social feed — streaks + shared day

Apple Health, both directions

Weight, activity, and workouts flow in — which is exactly what lets your targets move with your training. No CSV exports, no manual re-entry.

FAQ

Before you install.

Anything missing, write to hello@kaloriq.com. A person reads it.

Is KalorIQ on the App Store yet?
Not yet — it's in TestFlight beta right now. Join the beta and you'll be running the current build, with the App Store release to follow.
What does "recalculated daily" actually mean?
Your calorie and macro targets are recomputed each morning from your current weight trend, your logged activity and workouts, and the goal you set. As your body and training change, the numbers follow instead of going stale.
Do I have to weigh and log everything?
No. Scan a barcode, scan the nutrition label, or search the database. Anything you eat regularly can be saved as a favorite or a "usual" and logged in a single tap.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes, in both directions. Weight, activity, and workouts sync in — that data is what drives the daily recalculation — and your nutrition goes back out to Health.
Is there an Android version?
Not currently. KalorIQ is iOS-only, including home screen widgets and a share extension. Android isn't on the near-term roadmap.
How does billing work?
The first 7 days are free. After that it's $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, billed through your Apple ID and cancellable at any time from your App Store subscription settings.
What happens to my data?
Your data powers your own tracking and insights — nothing else. No ads, no tracking across other apps, no selling data, and Health data is never used for advertising or marketing. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
What languages is it available in?
Thirteen, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese.
